PETER ROMANZINA - CEO
I have over 20 years senior management experience, including more than a decade of Swiss equity research, strategy and sales support. In 2010, I joined Vontobel as Head of Brokerage. Under my leadership, Vontobel was named a “leading brokerage firm” for Swiss equities nine consecutive times by the Extel Survey. Alongside my responsibilities as Head of Brokerage for Vontobel, from 2010 to 2019, I also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Vontobel Securities AG – a US broker/dealer. Since 2020, I have led the transformation of Vontobel Swiss Equity Research from a sell- to buy-side model – demonstrably creating value for Vontobel Wealth Management clients.
I have a diploma in Business Management from PWA in Zurich and am a Certified International Analyst (CIIA), a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charter holder as well as Financial Risk Manager, FRM®.
