I previously worked as a Board Member in various international companies, like Ifolor AG, Minick AG (acquired by Swisscom AG), Distefora Mobile AG (MBO), Panorama9 Inc, AnyTech365 (acquired by Zalatoris Corp), and Industrias Mora SA. I held the positions of Executive Chairman, Non-Executive Director, and Executive Board Advisor. I am a turnaround and  strategy expert with multiple successful exits in the technology sector. I am well-connected in the Venture Capital and Private Equity industries and possesses vast knowledge about traditional IPOs and SPAC IPOs. I hold an MBA from Syracuse University in New York.
I am an ex-Olympian and World Champion mogul skier. I represented my native country, Finland, in the Olympic Games in 1988 and 1992. Nowadays, I am still a keen skier and golfer.
I am a Finnish citizen.
