Capital Trustees AG is a privately owned Swiss trustee company licensed by FINMA (Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority) and the first licensed trustee among the members of the SATC (Swiss Association of Trust Companies). We have extensive experience in acting as trustee and providing Swiss trustee and Private Trust Company (PTC) solutions for clients from Latin American countries or the United States, or for clients having ties to these regions.
Focusing on providing trustee services and deliberately not engaging in asset management activities, we distinguish ourselves by our independence and lack of conflicts of interest. Through our skilled team of inhouse trust lawyers, accounting, compliance, and IT experts, we stand for added client confidentiality. We regularly collaborate with family advisors, especially for complex trust and family governance setups involving PTCs or family advisory committees.
Our trusts are governed by a wide variety of governing laws and as trustee we accept all asset classes (for example: bankable assets, participations, collectibles, real estate or digital assets).

I have more than 30 years’ experience in the set-up, administration and management of complex international structures.
I started my career in a Big Four company in Milan. I spent more than 5 years in a renowned Italian holding company of a leading industrial group with senior executive appointments. Prior to joining Capital Trustees AG, I served for more than 10 years as CEO of a single family office based in Switzerland.
I am a member of the Association of International Accountant (AIA) and of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). I am also Full Member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
I hold a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from University “L. Bocconi”, in Milan (Italy).
