I am a CPA with more than 19 years of international tax experience. Before founding ITA in 2017, I served both public and private clients as a Senior Manager with KPMG.Â
As Managing Owner of ITA, I advise clients on a variety of international tax matters, such as mergers and acquisitions, use of offshore vehicles such as trusts, doing business in the U.S., and real estate specific transactions.Â
I also advise U.S.-based individuals and businesses on operating abroad, including Subpart F and GILTI tax implications, foreign tax credits, tax treaties, estate tax, etc.Â
Increasing after-tax profits of individuals and businesses through tax planning and global tax strategy is the focus of every engagement for me.Â
