Moore DM GmbH concentrates on US expatriates and high net worth individuals with US tax filing requirements, as well as reporting for privately held foreign companies, and foreign trust structures with US ownership or US beneficiaries. Our experts work extensively with IRS voluntary disclosure and streamlined filing procedures, as well as expatriation planning and compliance reporting.
For nearly 25 years, I have focused my time in public accounting, including Big 4 firm experience on cross-border taxation of individuals. I oversee the delivery of a full suite of tax and consulting services accommodating the annual expatriate life cycle for businesses with globally mobile employees. I am particularly focused on the implementation of centralized service delivery models for decentralized and entrepreneurial clients.
In addition, I provide tax and planning services for executives and high net-worth individuals, with or without cross-border reporting issues or other foreign disclosure requirements. I also advise these individuals regarding US expatriation planning and compliance issues. I have extensive experience working with the IRS voluntary disclosure program and streamlined filing procedures.
A tax attorney by training with over a decade of experience, I am well versed in international taxation laws impacting corporations and individuals globally. My knowledge and expertise focus on US tax law as applied in an international setting to high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates and closely held corporations. Fully bilingual, in English and French, I often speak at conferences and events on international tax planning for private clients.
Prior to joining the firm, I was a partner in the US tax group of an international tax and accounting firm located in Montreal, Canada. Additionally, I spent time as an Adjunct Professor at the Université de Sherbrooke, teaching US Tax for the Masters of Tax program.
