EXPECT MORE.
Sax has revolutionized what it means to be an accountant. Our industries and vertical markets are transforming before our eyes, and so are the needs of our businesses. You need more than number crunchers, and instead business advisors that look beyond the numbers. You need more than yes-men and women, and instead partners who provide actionable advice to take your business to the next level.
You need more from your accountants. You can Expect More with Sax.
As a Tax Partner at Sax LLP, a leading accounting and advisory firm, I bring more than 20 years of experience in the accounting profession and the private sector. With a focus on international taxation, I advise high net worth individuals as well as business clients in the real estate, manufacturing, distribution, and consumer products industries.Â
In creating strategic domestic and international tax minimization opportunities for my clients – many of whom are high net-worth global business leaders and multi-generational families – I specialize in the tax structuring of both the holdings and transactions in non-U.S. corporations, trusts, estates, and other entities. These often include diversified real estate entities, private companies, and other alternative asset classes.Â
Additionally, while focusing on my clients’ overall business and economic situation, I regularly work collaboratively with legal counsel and other advisors to develop a team-centric approach. Likewise, in addition to providing international tax guidance at Sax, I access specialized teams in such areas as personal wealth consulting, business advisory, as well as state and local tax to provide diverse knowledge from a single source.
Outside of the office, I have the privilege of being involved with the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), the leading international professional body of advisors on the structuring of assets by individuals, families and businesses across the generations. As a thought leader, I have spoken at universities and numerous professional forums including international tax conferences, and have been published in the Guide to International Taxation and Tax Stringer.
Prior to joining Sax, I worked in an international tax capacity for other firms in the accounting sector -- including Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse – as well as The Timken Company, a $2 billion global manufacturer.
