I am a corporate and commercial lawyer whose practice is shaped by experience across borders, cultures, and legal systems, and by a clear conviction about how clients should be served. Having moved to Canada with my parents at age eleven, I learned early the value of adaptability and self‑reliance, both qualities that continue to guide my approach to the practice of law.Â
Fluent in Slovak, Czech, and English, and shaped by life on three continents, I bring a calm, measured perspective to my work and a genuine interest in the people behind each file.
My practice focuses primarily on corporate and commercial law, advising business owners at key stages of growth, transition, and succession, including Canada–U.S. cross‑border matters. Drawing on my international background, I support businesses navigating complex legal and regulatory landscapes. I also assist individuals and families with estate planning matters, including wills and powers of attorney, bringing the same clarity and care to long‑term planning.
