LAURA NANETTE Gambineri-GIESE - FOUNDER
Next to being the Founder of Trusted Governance, I am a Managing Partner at VivaInsurance Services LLC, a tied intermediary to Crown Global Life Insurance Group. Here, my main areas of expertise include assisting HNWI’s professional advisors in the structuring of and around estate planning by enhancing the solutions with Private Placement Life Insurance with a particular focus on the US and UK. I maintain a global network and support business partners in compliantly structuring wealth enhancing product designs for their clients in cross-border situations. In addition, I provide strategic advice, product design and structuring services for the Crown Global Life Insurance Group.
My higher education includes a Bachelor in International Business Management from the Euro-Business College in Hamburg, as well as a Master of Laws (finished with Distinction) from the University of Liverpool in International Banking & Finance Law. In addition, I am a TEP (Trust & Estate Practitioner) at STEP and have finished my Advanced Certificate (with Distinction) in Advising the Family Business as well as my Advanced Certificate (with Distinction) in Family Business Governance.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband, pets, family, and friends. I love spending time outdoors and furthering my skills outside of work (such as cooking, baking, and photography).
