I founded VALUEworks in 2004 and since, led the development of its holistic, innovative and values-based service offering. Today, I advise key clients on overall wealth structuring, family governance, risk management, estate planning and philanthropy. With my vast experience, creativity and strong interpersonal skills, I coach women and NextGens on how to cope with family wealth-related challenges and becoming responsible wealth-owners. In addition, I serve on the board of a select number of family offices and charitable foundations, and act as protector and executor for family estates.
I speak and publish on family office, family governance, wealth management and philanthropy topics. On a regular basis I act as a judge and serve on the panel of experts at STEP's Private Client Awards in London.
Prior to founding VALUEworks, I worked for GAM's trust team in Zurich and Bermuda. In 1998, I joined the private client team of PWC (formerly Coopers & Lybrand) as a vice president. In 2007, I spearheaded the creation of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC), which I presided until 2012. My passion for strategic philanthropy led me to co-found the Zurich Roundtable of Philanthropy and initiate the exclusive Swiss Women + Philanthropy Network.
In 2021, I was awarded for my "Outstanding Contribution to Wealth Management Thought Leadership" and as "Leading Individual" at the prestigious WealthBriefing Swiss Awards. In addition, I have been shortlisted for the 2022 Citywealth Powerwomen Awards in the category "Inspirational Women of the Year".
I hold a Master in Law from the University of Zurich and an MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Edinburgh. I speak five languages.
I am married and live in the city of Zurich. I am a passionate photographer and an adventurous traveller, having visited 70 countries with my Nikon gear. I am creative and love to design, craft, and cook, often creating her own fusion signature dishes.
